Went to the Doctor's today...

Bridger is 2 months, 2 weeks and 2 days old today! Today was his 2 month check up. We both did well. Haha! It's crazy how much he's grown. My best friend, Kelsey, just had a baby girl last week. 6 lbs 5 oz 20 in. She's beautiful and so small. Bridger looks huge compared to little Keeley. Where has my little newborn gone? Anyways, here's his stats today!
Height: 25.3 inches 95%
Weight: 13.2 pounds 65-66%
Head Circ: 16.3 inches 66%

It was kind of funny, the nurse was asking all sorts of questions about what Bridger could do, Austin was holding him and he was doing everything she was asking, like "See! Don't ask mom, I can show you!" The doctor said that everything's looking great and he's perfect. We already knew that though! :) He was very impressed with how alert and aware Bridger is. He commented about it a few different times. He sad that most 2 month olds aren't as alert. He's feeling ok now, really cuddly, which is never a problem. :) Only 14 days until he's 3 months old! My Bridger Boy is growing up so fast.

Here are some updates:

• he smiles all the time
• he's cooing more and more every day
• he's a grunter too sometimes more than cooing and his expressive eyebrows make his grunts so funny!
• he no longer wears his mittens, he still scratches his face but he loves his hands
• when he's not eating, sleeping, smiling or cooing he's sucking on his arm or both fists-we'll be in the car and we know when he's awake, not because he cries but because we can hear him sucking on his hands
• a couple of weeks ago he started teething...crazy I know but you can see them...I started teething at 3 months
• because of the teething Bridger is a SLOBBER monster!
• when he eats he puts both of his hands together and tucks them up by his chin
• he is such a good sleeper (11:30-8:30 or 9), but I think it's because we swaddle him, he's so jumpy that if we didn't there's no way he'd sleep all through the night.
• he's a strong baby, he's been rolling from his stomach since he was 3 weeks old and he's been able to support his head since then too
• he loves to stand and sit when you hold him
• we get most of his smiles and coos when he's laying down and kicking (loves his changing table)
• the swing puts him to sleep almost every time we put him in it
• Austin hates the classical music (the quality of sound bugs him) on his swing but Bridger loves it (that's what helps put him to sleep)
• he loves music, church is awesome for Bridger
• he's growing hair-shortly after he was born he lost most of his hair-on the top of his head-but it's growing in now! :)
• he's a snuggler and I love it
• he's already a momma's boy and I love that too! :)
• he's daddy's little buddy, he smiles every time Austin comes home from class or hunting and he likes sitting and watching football or hunting with Austin too!

He has such a cute personality already and he's changed so much in just 2 months! It's sad that my baby is growing so fast but I'm excited to see his personality develop and the changes that come with becoming a little boy! Here are some recent photos...
