The Dr. said she was doing great! He called her his Buddha baby and said he loves to see babies like Audri. He was very happy with how strong she is, holding her head up and how alert she is. He cooed at her and she smiled at him the entire check-up {well besides the shots}. I'm pretty sure since moving to the new building that they've added a couple of new doctors and I have been really impressed with both of them.
Here are some updates:
- Audri is a happy baby! She smiles all the time!
- She loves to be naked/just in her diaper! She will whine if she has a dirty diaper.
- She loves bath time
- She eats really good {haha hence the 13.5 lbs} She'll eat from me or a bottle and she'll eat formula. Although we're finding that formula may not like her.
- Most of the time she would rather be held than laying on the floor or in her swing. She's doing better though.
- She likes to lay on the floor if you sit by her
- She's my snuggle bug
- Half of the time she's in her swing she sleeps
- She loves sleeping on her boppy or in someones arms
- Just like Bridger was, she's only happy in her car seat if the car's moving
- She likes to sit up and stand when she's being held
- She has started cooing and it's adorable
- Sleeping pretty good (11/11:30-6ish then back to sleep til 9-10ish) (Bridger is a 12 hour sleeper so we just wake up when he does, any where from 9-10)
- She is a good and happy baby! We are so glad that she's apart of our family! We love her so much!
She can lift her head {and most of the time she does} but she tries to suck on what she's laying on. Haha silly girl!

My mom made Audri's dress, booties and headband {100 hours}. It is absolutely gorgeous and priceless. We took these pictures the week before we blessed her. We had her blessing Feb. 2. She was happy and slept most of the meeting. And then on the way to the luncheon she started to have a reaction to the starch on the dress. She puked all over the dress, so we don't have any pictures but besides the allergic reaction every thing went great! Glad we got pictures the week before at least. Austin's blessing was beautiful and it was fun to see the family that came!

ReplyDeleteI'm glad you remembered the note... hahaha! Good times is right! I still feel bad for how much some of us talked in Mr. Mickle's (sp) Science class. :) I was never much of a talker in that class, but I had you and Kylee in there. :)
