This and That

Austin went to the Boise Bowl game in Las Vegas last week with his dad, brother and brother-in-law. They went to In-and-Out Burger which Austin LOVES! And they went to The Pawn Shop. Before Austin left he told me, "I'm going to go Christmas shopping for you while I'm in Vegas......Get you a necklace with dice on it, you know, something real nice!" Me, "Yeah, something real classy!" Then we both laughed for a long time! Christmas morning we got up before Bridger and exchanged gifts. He had me open the gift he got for Bridger, from Vegas first. It was a tuxedo onsie, so cute. And then he says, while pulling out one of my gifts, "This was the expensive one..." And then he hands me my souvenir dice necklace. Fake bling and all! It was so funny! I wore it all day! We had such a wonderful Christmas and you better believe that everyone spoiled Bridger! We are so blessed to have wonderful family! Any ways back to Austin's trip...Boise won (thank goodness, otherwise I would have had one sad/grumpy boy). The boys stormed the field and Austin was on ESPN! Very cool!

Austin said he took this picture for me, what a view! Thanks Aust, you're such a turkey!
Before the game...fighter jets flew over the stadium.
After the game, some where in the middle Kellin Moore is being interviewed.
This was after the game, after Kellin Moore got interviewed and after they caught Austin on the tv, at the award part.
This is right after Kellin got interviewed, Austin is patting him on the back. This is the picture his sister took of Austin's debut.
Austin's friend, Kent, sent this one to him minutes after Austin appeared on screen. Austin looked like a kid on Christmas morning, happiest day of his life. He had so much fun.

My time at my parents house wan't as eventful, but we sure did have fun. It's nice being able to stay with them when Austin's gone. Our house was built in the 40's, has a metal roof and the occasional critter cruising around the yard, so needless to say it's a little creepy when you're home alone.
Uncle Derek playing with one of Bridger's toys. So happy! Haha.
Uncle Derek and Bridger "sharing".
This wasn't at Grandma and Grandpa's house but this is Bridger in his bumbo.
Uncle Derek and Bridger hanging out.
Us "watching" the Boise State Bowl game and looking for dad. You can't see his shirt but he was sportin BSU colors too!
Derek thought this was hilarious. My little boy is so cute.
We had a great Christmas, I ended up getting the flu Christmas evening but it was still a very nice day full of family!
